However, once the seller or merchant has processed or shipped the order, or if the product is already out for delivery, the cancellation cannot be accepted. Non-Cancellable Items:
Celestiall Healingss does not accept cancellations for perishable goods such as flowers, eatables, or similar items. A refund or replacement may be provided only if the product is proven to be of poor quality. -
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 10 days of delivery. The request will be reviewed once the respective seller or merchant verifies the issue.If the product you received does not match its description or your expectations, please report the concern to our support team within 10 days. After reviewing your complaint, the team will determine the best resolution.

Approved refunds by Celestiall Healingss will be processed within 10 days from the date of approval.
Return Policy
We offer refunds or exchanges within 10 days of purchase. If more than 10 days have passed since your order, we will be unable to process any returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Returns are not allowed seeing nature of products because they are personalised and energised just for you.
To qualify for a return or exchange:

For replacement in case of damaged product unboxing video is required.
Only products that are defective or damaged are eligible for replacement. Some items may be non-returnable or non-refundable, and such exclusions will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return or exchange is approved after our quality check, it will be processed as per our policy.
